While you can book any day of the week, we’ll be putting our marketing focus on a few specific days: Food Truck Tuesday, Food Truck Thursday, Soul Food Saturdays, and Soul Food Sundays. These days will be highly promoted and advertised to ensure a steady stream of customers for all food trucks parked at our location.
